Do we take payments? 

We do take payments on our crystals and jewelry. Payments must be made every two weeks to ensure that we will keep your item held for you.

 Will we hold items? 

We will gladly hold an item for you as long as payments are being made, or other payment arrangements are in place. Please email us at Dixieshep@gmail.com for arrangements.

How long does it take for you to ship my item?

We love getting our items as quickly as possible, so we do our best to ensure that our customers do as well. We ship out within 1-2 business days. We try to use Priority Mail so that your package gets to you in less than a week. Shipping times vary, however, most of our packages get to you in 4-5 days total. We ship using the quickest and safest method possible. We always try to provide a tracking number with delivery confirmation to ensure you receive your orders. Almost every order is shipped within 1-2 days. If you need it sooner, please contact us. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct, and then double check it. We ship to the address you have listed at checkout.  We are not responsible for items shipped to a wrong address if the address is incorrect in your account.

Do we ship International?

Of Course we do! Buyers are responsible for payment of any International charges, duties, VAT, or other International charges. Seller is NOT responsible for delays due to customs.

Holds, Payments & Details

All items one of a kind and sold as is. Take time to view each photo that we attach to the listings to fully understand what you are purchasing. HOLDS: Due to Non-payments/No Communication issues we no longer accept holds placed on items without a down payment. Please do not ask. If you are interested in placing a Hold on an item(s) please message us to discuss it. We require a 20% down payment via Paypal to Hold ANY item. These deposits are Non-refundable, but go towards your purchase of that item. Holds cannot be transferred to another item if you change your mind. A separate hold and down payment must be issued on each individual item, or on all items at the same time. The hold cost would be the same, 20% on the final estimated purchase price. We are also happy to offer payment plans on any crystals valued over $100. If you are interesting in purchasing an item using a payment method, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for understanding. Please read the listings FULLY before asking questions. We take a lot of time writing up our listings, and photographing them so every questions should be answered in the listing. If not, please feel free to contact us. We are more than happy to answer questions. We sell retail only. We do not sell wholesale.

Group Listings (Can we pick our own stone?) 

In an effort to save us time & save you money we do group listings of our palm stones as well as stones that we may have curated multiples of. Anytime we do a restock, we photograph those as well to keep an updated idea of what the current stock looks like. The images that you see are meant to serve as an example and do not guarantee that we will have a certain individual stone in stock. We no longer offer the option of choosing your own stone as most of the stones in the images have already been purchased by others. Please do not message us asking to specify a stone.The only exception would be to come to one of our vending events and select from our inventory.  We intuitively select your stone, or actually, we allow your stone to select you. This also allows us to keep the cost of the crystal more affordable since we do not have to spend time photographing each individual stone. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges 
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. We offer no refunds on items. Not responsible for damages that incur once the item is in your possession. If you would like your package insured, please let us know so that we can get an estimate on shipping insurance for you. We are happy to do so.

Moon Magick assumes no liability for stolen, lost, or missing packages. All items are shipped with a tracking number. We will do our best to help locate any missing packages. If your package is missing please visit your local postmaster to see if they can assist in finding your parcel. We ship First Class and Priority mail. Please be aware that First class is basically like sticking a stamp on your package. There is no way to track First Class mail. Priority packages are easier to track and come with included insurance. Understand the difference before choosing your shipping. We take time and care in prepping all of our packages for shipping. If for some reason your package arrives damaged, please let us know, and let your post office know as well. Refunds are not issued once your package leaves us.
